1. Why we need you to register using the online form.
We like you to select the jobs you desire like a self-service site.
We give priority to registered users who have selected their desired jobs as we have an effective in-house applicant tracking and job management system to manage your account and our job vacancies. It will only take us less than a minute to forward to our client your resume if you are short-listed and also to give you a reply on your suitability to the position you desire.
You may check your account to see the status of your application within the same hour/ day or within 10 days from your selection of position (depending on the position and the client responses as well).
(Kindly refrain from sending your resume by email as there are hundreds of emails to manage each day and we may be unable to give you response fast. Imagine keying in hundreds of applicants resume in the system within a day - it's not possible)

2. Reasons why we have 3 big category of job listings.
As we are serving job seekers from the junior position to the senior position, these job seekers could be first time internet users or professional web surfers, hence we need to provide simple category to assist everyone. We had previously received feedbacks that too many category to select jobs from the jobsite may result in some jobs not shown. Examples of too many categories could be :-
Administrative
Customer Service
Call Centre
Telemarketing
Sales
Banking
Finance

3. Upload your resume in Ms Word document with no password.
We appreciate all job seekers to upload your resume in Ms Word doc as majority of our clients uses Ms Word. Please do not send your document with password - it's not productive and proper in your job application. Back to top

As there could be times where there are just too many candidates to call personally, we hope you could login to your Account and check the status of your application.

5. DO NOT ABUSE the job listing.
As our system is so easy to use, we hope as a responsible job seeker, you do not select jobs that you do not qualify at all. Your selection of the wrong jobs will create a bad impression of who you are and will also lower your credibility. It will also result in our efficiency to serve the other job seekers and you.
